Pepper sprays are not subject to the right of withdrawal.
These items are ordered on explicit request.

If you find any defects in the product quality, you have the option of returning the item to us within 14 days.

Products or packages returned without the prior consent of may be refused. Returned products will only be accepted if they are unused and in their original packaging. The customer has to bear the costs for the return shipment himself, provided there are no defects.
